Justin Bieber Singing Doll
|
11/29/10
A singing sensation, teenage heartthrob, and now he is being turned into a doll. Yes, Justin Bieber is the success story that every teenager yearns for. Not content with the success he has had with his music, his own line of Justin Bieber singing dolls, Justin Bieber nail polish and a Justin Bieber fragrance are all expected to be launched soon. And he is only 16 years old!! I guess he is trying to get the maximum benefits from his popularity. But I doubt his popularity is going to subside anytime soon.
Talking about popularity, what a way to get discovered. It all started when he entered a local singing competition in his hometown in Stratford. He was placed 2nd in the competition. (What happened to the guy who came 1st in that competition? Anybody looked for him?? I mean...he did beat Justin Bieber!!)
Anyway, his friends and family had missed his performance at the competition, so his mum uploaded his gig on YouTube so everyone could watch his performance.
Who is Justin Bieber?
Justin Drew Bieber was born on 1st March 1994 in Canada. He lives in Stratford Ontario. He is a self taught musician and knows to play the drums, piano, trumpet and guitar. When he gets the time, he hopes to learn to play the violin too. His parents are divorced. His mum accompanies him on all his tours and shows. Has some high profile friends like Taylor Swift, Celena Gomez, Usher.
How did it all start?
Scooter Braun (now Justins' manager) discovered his amateur YouTube clip that his mother had posted and was impressed. He contacted Justin, and arranged him to meet with the megastar Usher. Usher was so extremely fascinated with Justin's talent that he immediately made some calls and got him signed up with Island Records in Oct '08. Justin...that is Justin Timberlake was also interested in signing up Justin Bieber, but in the end Usher negotiated a better contract for him.
His achievements so far
Justin released his first single "One Time" in 2009. The song made it to number 17 on the Billboard 100. It was followed by his debut release, My World, on November 17, 2009, which was certified platinum in the United States, making him the first artist to have seven songs from a debut album chart on the Billboard Hot 100. His best chart topping song was the single "Baby". His first full studio release, My World 2.0, was released on March 23, 2010 and has since received similar success. It debuted at number one in the USA. Justin Bieber's fame has landed him several guest spots on television, including Saturday Night Live, CSI and True Jackson, VP. A movie by the name "Never Say Never" is also in the pipeline, where he will appear as himself. This movie is expected to be released in 2011. Apart from his concerts, he has also performed live in several shows such as MTVU's VMA '09 tour, The Today Show, Lopez Tonight, Good Morning America to name a few.
JB mania is set to continue if not grow, as his popularity is on the rise not only among the teens but with adults as well. Justin is a down to earth guy and the success has not gone to his head. I hope he gets all the success and happiness he deserves.
The Justin Bieber doll is to be released this 2010 holiday season. The Justin Bieber singing doll is expected to be very popular among the Justin Bieber fans.

Chance to Get a Free HP Slate
|
5/22/10
If you have not bought the HP slate just yet and you are thinking of buying it, then there are a couple of things that you have to take into considering before taking the final plunge into making a purchase. This gadget works in the same manner as that of E-Books and uses the same technology as that of Windows 7. This fact makes it highly compatible with Adobe and flash support. There is no limit to the activities that this E-Books device can carry out ranging from playing web games, editing pictures through Photoshop and been able to access all online publications without difficulty.
The design of the HP slate has taken into consideration the needs of the end user from the touch screen interface that enables people to navigate easily from one page to another to the flash capabilities which are highly effective.
The zoom factors of this lovely gadget are also great and this is what makes usage of Photoshop an easy feat. In addition to this, the HP slate has very high screen resolutions a fact that makes it more endearing and user friendly to anyone who intending to buy the same.
However, like with every other product, there must be an aspect of the positive and the negative side. Having observed what this E-Books HP slate version is capable of achieving, it is only important to note any setbacks it might have. Among the key concerns is that though the HP slate is fitted with flash, it cannot provide the joys that accompany accessing YouTube videos and other features such as listening to streamed music among others. The other major setback is the fact that the HP slate displays a ripple effect when someone is using the Photoshop program or viewing any video and this is highly distracting.
It is always best to keep yourself updated with the latest E-reader News.
